Pretty sure my neighbor is a drug kingpin

Facts:

1. Always several dumpy cars parked outside of her place
2. She is never without a dufflebag, backpack, or large "purse"
3. She keeps weird hours (i.e. never goes to work during the day, yet doesn't leave regularly enough at night to indicate that she works a night shift)
